Meet the Team

Hi, I'm Sara! I'm an engineer at heart — I fell in love with computers as a kid and never really stopped. Over the last two decades I've built systems from bare metal to production, led engineering teams through acquisitions, and helped organizations navigate hard technical problems. These days, most of my work is focused on AI — agentic systems, context engineering, and coaching teams to work at the level of their strongest people. I love taking something messy and ambiguous and helping a team turn it into something clear enough to build.

When I'm not working, I'm probably plotting my next trip — I love traveling, chasing new places, and meeting new people. I'm also a sucker for tech in my downtime too: pulling different pieces of technology apart and putting them back together into something new is basically my idea of a good time (yes, I have a bit of a technology problem — pun very much intended). At home I'm outnumbered by four cats I definitely didn't mean to adopt but wouldn't trade for anything, and my favorite part of any day is playing games with my kids. I believe the best ideas come from curiosity and a little bit of chaos, and this game is proof of that — I had so much fun building it with Nikki and Kristen, and I hope you have just as much fun playing it.

Hi, I'm Nikki! I'm an HR and operations professional who genuinely loves helping people and businesses grow. My background includes recruiting, human resources, business operations, and project management, but at the heart of it all, I'm a people person. Whether I'm helping someone land a new job, building better systems, or cheering on a small business owner chasing a dream, I love being part of the journey and making life just a little bit easier for the people around me.

When I'm not working, you'll probably find me playing Dungeons & Dragons, hiking the beautiful Utah mountains, baking something sweet, listening to live music, or hanging out with my boyfriend and our giant Bernedoodle, Rollo. I believe life is meant to be filled with laughter, creativity, and meaningful connections, and this game is a perfect example of that. I had so much fun creating it with Sara and Kristen, and I hope you have just as much fun playing it!

I operate as an analyst and project manager in software development, where I love helping teams solve complex problems and connect the dots. My professional focus is on untangling technical challenges, improving processes, and making sure everyone is aligned toward a shared goal. Whether I'm deep in discovery or mapping out project timelines, I thrive on bringing clarity to dynamic environments.

Outside of work, I love diving into a variety of interests. I enjoy picking up new crafting skills like sewing and putting together cosplays. I also love engaging with my nerdy hobbies, which include reading character-driven science fiction and fantasy, playing Dungeons and Dragons, and exploring video games. It's been such a pleasure creating this game with Nikki and Sara, and I hope everyone has just as much fun playing it.
